About Us

CCL-Forensics Ltd is a market leading provider of digital forensic and e-discovery services. The company boasts a ‘state of the art' digital forensics facility, comprising three laboratories with twenty four Forensic Analysts, who have conducted more than 5000 cases, and ten support staff.  This highly qualified team is projected to increase to thirty analysts by mid-2008.  Our central location in Stratford-upon-Avon is at the heart of the UK's motorway network and means that CCL is ideally placed to carry out work across the UK.  This means we have fast response times to on-site 'search and seize' requirements.

Providing a quality service is a priority, as evidenced by CCL-Forensics being the first computer forensics facility in the UK to achieve ISO 9001:2000 certification.  The laboratories also operate a Total Quality Management System which is continually monitored by a dedicated Quality Manager and supported by a full time exhibits officer.  In addition we have achieved Investor in People status and more recently ISO27001. We are targeted to secure ISO 17025 by end of 2008.  These accreditations serve as a discipline and ‘best practice' that the company and its staff must adhere to.  The end result for the customer is a quality deliverable.

All clients are offered our Confidentiality Agreement, which assures complete discretion and peace of mind.  All CCL-Forensics staff are security checked and our Analysts are also security cleared by New Scotland Yard.  Our Analysts undergo a highly comprehensive training programme balanced with regular counselling and review sessions which ensure that our retention rate is second to none.

CCL-Forensics' sister company is CCL-Management Services (CCL).
CCL, which was established in 1986, has more than twenty years experience of providing independent IT Expert Witness services and has conducted more than 200 cases ranging from Legal Aid matters to £80m quantum cases.

With highly experienced and professionally trained Analysts adhering to the strictest security procedures and ACPO guidelines, supported by leading edge technologies for data analysis, case management and job control, digital evidence has never been in safer hands!
