CCL-Forensics understands the sensitive nature of forensic investigations and therefore recommends that all clients or potential clients enter into a confidentiality agreement in order to provide the necessary peace of mind. This agreement can be commenced at the outset of an enquiry and therefore guarantees complete security of information.

As a number of large organisations and financial institutions already have standard confidentiality agreements in place, CCL-Forensics will agree to adhere to these policies in preference to the confidentiality agreement if required.
