CEO of a medium sized firm:

The advice that CCL-Forensics gave me ensured that I was able to handle and secure the computers in an evidentially sound manner. The report was very clear and was sufficient to refute an employee’s claim of victimisation at the tribunal.

Corporate Case Study - Collusion - Phone and PC analysis

The following is an anonymised case study based on a real assignment conducted by CCL-Forensics for a corporate sector client

The purchasing manager at a large manufacturing company was tasked with issuing pricing requests for the supply of various hardware and software systems.

Following suspicions raised by the purchasing department over patterns in the awarding of various contracts, a forensic analysis was carried out on the manager’s smartphone. The calls, texts and contacts (ie, ‘traditional’ forensic traces) revealed no suspicious activity or collusion. Analysis of webmail, instant messenger and other third-party applications, however, yielded a considerable amount of data proving inappropriate collusion with a number of suppliers.
