Instructing Solicitor - Staffordshire:

I would not hesitate to instruct CCL again in the future and I would highly recommend them to others as a result.

Free CPD Course

for Criminal Defence Lawyers

Fully understanding digital evidence is a mammoth task.  We appreciate that comprehending the intricacies of a prosecution mobile phone or computer report is not your “day job”, and our FREE CPD course can help you simplify this.

Accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, it is designed to educate criminal solicitors in a number of practical aspects of digital forensics.

The aim of the course is to make solicitors more comfortable in dealing with computer, mobile phone or cell site evidence – and to understand, at a high level, the processes and procedures which have been followed by the prosecution.

This, in turn highlights the potential for an expert witness to challenge the evidence, or re-examine the device based on your client’s account of events.
