Delivery policy

Software purchased from www.ccl-forensics.com will be made available for immediate download.  Free downloads will have a limited use, following which the purchase of a license key will be required.Once payment is received, the license key will be sent by email within one working day (GMT).

Refunds policy

Software purchases

All software available from www.ccl-forensics.com has, included within it, a free trial period to allow the user to evaluate its functionality, prior to purchasing a license key.  Once this license key has been purchased, there is no return or refund offered.

Training courses

When a booking form or purchase order for a training course is received by CCL-Forensics Limited, the purchaser agrees that a place(s) has/have been booked on that course on a non-refundable basis.

Cancellation policy

If, for any reason CCL-Forensics has to cancel any training course, a full refund will be made.
