What do you do?
My key responsibilities are twofold

Company strategy and direction
Managing the management team

These tasks are made easier by having a talented, professional and motivated management team who are empowered to run their functions in the business against KPIs.

My job is to continually motivate them to achieve your planned objectives.

How did you get here?
I founded CCL (Computer Consultants) Ltd in 1986.  From the consulting company, I established the Forensic business in 2002.

Favourite part of the job?
Agreeing annual business plans for growth and hitting our targets.

Who do you look up to?
Seve Ballesteros, Tiger Woods, Lewis Hamilton, Gordon Ramsay, Roger Federer and Alan Sugar

How do you spend your spare time?
Golf, table tennis, snooker and reading ‘Top Gear' magazine.

What's been the worst job you've ever had?
Working as a student in a foundry.  Manning a shovel to stoke the furnace on a night shift for two weeks.  Horrible!
