Trading Standards
CCL-Forensics has worked with trading standards bodies in a wide variety of cases.
Investigations are either carried out on an ad-hoc basis, or a framework agreement can be drawn up so that trading standards authorities can easily decide the range of digital investigations which may be proportionate to their case.
Services to trading standards include forensic imaging (to create a snapshot of a device following seizure) a forensic preview (to rule exhibits either in or out of an investigation) through to full forensic analysis of computers, mobile phones, satnavs and other digital devices.
Trading standards investigators can also attend the purpose-built viewing suites at CCL-Forensics' premises, where they can view the extracted evidence, with on-demand support from analysts.
