Technology doesn't stand still, and it's vital that a digital forensics company stays on top of the latest developments.  Mobile phones are considerably more powerful than even a few years ago - with new developments happening on an almost weekly basis.  CCL-Forensics has committed resources to research and development to ensure it can handle the latest makes and models of computers and mobile phones.   For example, within just weeks of the launch of the Apple iPhone,  we had committed significant resources to analysing its hardware and software, and soon afterwards, added it to our statement of capability.  Current projects include a comprehensive analysis of deleted data from mobile phones using the technique of hex dumping.
