Fully documented processes and procedures

It is vital that a digital forensic analyst follows pre-determined procedures.  This maintains evidential integrity and ensures that their analysis is admissible in a court of law.  An analyst must prove that they have adhered to these procedures, which is why CCL-Forensics ensures all its staff follow fully documented processes.  More emphasis will be placed on this with the introduction of tighter regulation being introduced from 2009 onwards, and CCL-Forensics is already leading the way in documenting these stringent procedures.
