ISO9001 – UKAS regularly audited

ISO9001:2000 (soon to be ISO9001:2008) is an international standard for quality management - and an accreditation which CCL-Forensics takes very seriously.  This demonstrates that the company has developed and maintained a quality management system to produce and maintain a consistently high standard in all work we undertake.  It ensures that proper communication, work control, and accountable records are generated for all work carried out by CCL-Forensics.  These processes and procedures are audited every six months to ensure the company continues to conform to the required standard.  It is the bedrock of the quality department, led by a Total Quality Manager and regulated by the Standards and Compliance Manager.  It is vital to ensure that when working with a digital forensics company that their ISO9001 accreditation is regularly audited and not a one-off award.
