In an industry where quality is everything, CCL-Forensics has invested in an entire department dedicated to quality. Our TQM, David Lattimore has had extensive experience in working within the digital forensics arena and oversees a team of quality checkers and a Standards and Compliance Manager. Each digital forensics job undergoes a number of quality checks before being sent back to the client, and all customers are contacted personally by the Total Quality Manager to ensure the job has been completed to their expectations. Many digital forensics companies will claim that they quality check their forensic work, but how many have an entire department devoted to it?
This department is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements of the new Home Office Digital Forensics Regulator, who is for the first time setting minimum standards for the digital forensics industry. We are confident that we are already achieving, and in some cases exceeding these standards.
