Quality Controllers to scrutinise each job

Under the management of CCL-Forensics' TQM (see above) a team of quality controllers scrutinise every job in fine detail before it is returned to the customer. These quality checkers are embedded within the laboratories, and their constant checking complements the fully documented ‘peer checking' system in place across the company.
