Six-strong management team based within lab complex

CCL-Forensics is run by a highly quality-driven management team.  Its Managing Director Andrew Krauze set up Computer Consultants Ltd in 1986 and in 2004 formed the forensics business in its own right.  He is supported by a Forensics Manager, Operations Manager, Total Quality Manager, Marketing Manager and Financial Controller to ensure a smooth running of the business.  The team regularly reviews performance and delivery statistics as well as ensuring individual team members are comfortable and motivated to achieve their individual key performance indicators.
